Spring fantasy 2022 Book Releases
Hello everyone ! With a little less than a month left to Spring, I thought I would share some more releases that I have added to my TBR over the last few weeks. Sometimes it’s just so fucking hard to keep up with all the releases. If you frequent my blog, you may recognize some of these releases as they are all part of different series I have been reading over the last year.
NY times bestselling author
Crown of Crimson ♥ Underworld Gods #2 ♥ Karina Halle
All Hanna Heikkinen wants is to be reunited with her father again. After all, that’s why she ventured into the dark and dangerous fantasy world of Tuonela, the Land of the Dead, in order to save his life. But this time her devotion to her father comes at a cost—her growing relationship with Tuoni, the God of Death himself, who held Hanna captive in exchange for her father’s life. The last thing she expects is to feel remorse at how she left things with Death, yet the dark and sexy God is all she can think about.
Death has always prided himself on never trusting the living, but Hanna’s apparent betrayal has left a scar fathom’s deep. Vowing revenge on his future bride, and making sure she upholds her end of the bargain, Death sets out across his realm to steal Hanna back, which only fans the flames between them. But Death and Hanna aren’t just fighting each other—malevolent Old Gods are rising to power within the realm, magic is being poisoned, and buried secrets are brought to light, secrets that may cause Hanna to lose everyone she loves dear once again.

Glow ♥ The Plated Prisoner #4 ♥ Raven Kennedy
“I was nothing but a road to Midas. A means to get to where he wanted to go, and I paved that path in gold.”
My life has been made up of gilded lies. But death has been shaped from rot.
Like a phoenix caught fire, I will need to rise from the ashes and learn to wield my own power. Because my wings may have been clipped, but I am not in a cage, and I’m finally free to fly from the frozen kingdoms I’ve been kept in.
Yet the world doesn’t want to let me.
That’s the thing when you turn against a king—everyone else turns against you.
Good thing I have a different king in my corner.
But even with the dark threat of Slade Ravinger, the other monarchs are coming for me.
So I will fight for him and he will kill for me, and if we need to become the villains, then so be it.
Because so long as I live in this world, I won’t be used again.

After a summer of traveling and unexpected alliances, Joseline finds herself face to face with the Goddess and The Twelve in the heart of Raenya. Despite the danger emerging from the darkness, their wisdom brings Joseline one step closer to defeating Aeron once and for all. Defeating him and rescuing her sister, held prisoner in his clutches. With Quinn by her side, the valiant duo will stop at nothing to continue strengthening their powers for the war threatening the horizon, even if it means putting aside their blossoming feelings and their inner doubts.
With the Shadow Games over and Erza named official heir of Ravencrest, she joins Evalyn, Jenson, and Maya in their return to the main cadre with orders to gather information that might prove useful to the covens. But between her friendship with Evalyn and her determination to prove herself a kind leader to her people, Erza disobeys her mother in the hopes of forming an alliance—one between the future Stormwood Queen and the future rulers of Dorwynn and Rathal.
Meanwhile, Edan returns to the Rekiv capital under the protection of the Elites, determined to discover the long-forgotten truths of the moonberries and how to use them to their advantage against the demons. A task, which proves much more difficult than any of them anticipated, and one that Edan is set on seeing through for himself and the sake of Navarre’s survival.

Hades Saga Scarlett St Clair
Game of Retribution ♥ Hades Saga #2 ♥ Scarlett St. Clair
Hades, God of the Dead, does not take sides or bend the rules. He makes no exceptions to these values—not for god or mortal, even his lover, Persephone, Goddess of Spring.
Usually, fear prevents retaliation.
But not this time.
When Hera, Goddess of Women, approaches Hades with a plan to overthrow Zeus, he declines to offer help. As punishment, Hera sentences Hades to perform a series of labors. Each feat seems more impossible than the last and draws his attention away from Persephone—whose own tragedy has left her questioning whether she can be Queen of the Underworld.

Canadian friends, you are in luck St. Clair’s books are available through Chapters/Indigo & even KOBO [ here ]; you can generally walk into one of their stores & find St. Clair’s books on shelves. I’ve witnessed it in my little butt fuck nowhere store. My fuck, I miss big cities. I was in a bookstore once with an escalator, a fucking escalator.
Spring Fantasy Releases 2022
Side note : I am as terrified of escalators as I am of octopuses. Also, the bookstore with the escalator was part of a first-date adventure this guy had planned. Seriously, that shit happens. I’m still not really over the reality of the whole thing, but it happens in real life. & it happened to me. I wouldn’t believe it otherwise. I mean, I still have trouble believing it. But anyhoo…
As usual, all of St. Clair’s books can be purchased through Amazon [ here ]
Hades Saga can be found on Amazon [ here ]

Right now, I am reading Promises & Pomegranates by Sav R Miller & MEH. It’s another Hades & Persephone retelling of sorts. Far more loosely based than Scarlett St. Clair’s books. In some ways, it reminds me of Hooked by Emily McIntire. You can check out my review for Hooked [ here ].
I am still making my way through Star Wars : Thrawn Ascendancy #2 Greater Good – I just haven’t been in the mood for that much SciFi lately, but I figure I’ll be done by the weekend.
I may have tossed The Rage of Dragons by Evan Winter into the DNF pile. It’s good; it is just too slow to keep my interest. Maybe I’ll get back to it one day. I haven’t written it off entirely.
Well, friends, that’s it for me. What have you been reading lately? Let me know what books you are getting hyped for in the coming months & what kind of content you would like to see more of. My DMs are always open [ twitter » instagram ] Please feel free to contact me about anything.
